Abstract:

Methods of information technologies (IT) design for images of complex shape objects (CSO) and textures (CST) as the structural elements (SE) of dynamic scenes (DS) analysis and identification are presented and discussed. IT are based on digital Hilbert-optics (DHO) methods combined with vector signature description (VSD) – signal- (SgStMd) and spectral-structural (SpStMd) models of SE identified in fractional cyclic integral transform spectral (FCIT) domains.
